I am very proud to say that I was born and raised in Jersey City. I started my professional life working in the financial sector, at Citibank where I managed the Citicards unit for eight years. While I found my career in the corporate world to be profitable and satisfying, there was still something missing. In October 2007, I joined the amazing team at Kiddee Korner and I knew I had found my true calling. I was excited and pleasantly surprised to see just how smoothly I was able to transition into my new role in early childhood education at Kiddee Korner.
To better fulfill the responsibilities as Managing Director at Kiddee Korner, I returned to school and obtained the New Jersey Family Development Credential and completed the Directors Academy Licensed Child Care Center Administration training. I absolutely love what I am doing today. Working as a child care professional administrator allows me to combine my love for Children, Community and Learning. Nelson Mandela said it best; “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”, and I am starting at the root.
